Team Leader

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 9 LPA - 14 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • - Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives.
  • - Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • - Ensure team members achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • - Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • - Motivate the team to achieve business goals and maintain productivity.
  • - Handle escalations and support team members in closing sales.
  • - Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.
  • - Maintain process compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Outbound Sales.

  • - Experience in managing and handling a sales team.
  • - Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • - Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • - Ability to coach, motivate, and guide team members.
  • - Good understanding of sales processes and target-based environments.
  • - Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
