Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve team and organizational goals. Manage daily operations, monitor performance, and provide mentorship to ensure efficient workflow and high service quality. Communicate clear instructions, guide team members, and address operational issues promptly and professionally. Build and maintain reports to track team performance, identify process gaps, and inform management of progress. Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance collaboration and service delivery. Ensure compliance with company and brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service across Life, Accident, and Health insurance processes. Support the manager in operational planning, project management, and implementing process improvements for FNOL and Claims Adjudication activities.Qualifications
