The Role and Impact
We are seeking a talented Treasury Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing Intel's financial operations, ensuring seamless settlement of treasury transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with banking service providers. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to Intel's financial stability and operational excellence, while supporting key treasury initiatives that drive process improvements and innovation. Your work will directly impact our ability to make informed financial decisions, manage risk effectively, and uphold Intel's commitment to operational integrity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the settlement of financial instruments, including fixed income, foreign exchange, equity, and derivative instruments, with external parties.
  • Oversee bank account management processes, including KYC, AML, account openings/closings, and signer management for Intel accounts.
  • Utilize deep understanding of banking systems, money markets, credit analysis, and financial derivatives to optimize treasury operations.
  • Collaborate with banking service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Lead and support treasury-related projects such as process automation and treasury management system upgrades.
  • Prepare and update treasury key performance indicators (KPIs) for management reporting.
  • Support internal audits by ensuring compliance with policies and operational controls.
  • Assist in resolving treasury-related issues and provide guidance to team members to enhance collaboration and foster Intel's cultural values.
  • Provide global coverage, including willingness to work during regional holidays or adjusted hours as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in treasury operation with payments and bank relationship management.
  • Proficiency in financial settlements and comprehensive knowledge of banking systems, money markets, and financial derivatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA or other treasury management systems.
  • Familiarity with KYC and AML processes.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a positive team-oriented mindset.
