Responsibilities

· Relevant experience in License Department.

· Should have sufficient knowledge to making Drug, Trade, FSSAI, Shop & Establishment licenses.

· Relevant knowledge of Endorsement of Pharmacy Licenses.

· Responsible to pursue new as well as renewal of Licenses i.e. Drug Licenses, Trade Licenses, FSSAI License & Registration, Narcotic Licenses, Registration under shops & Establishments etc. e-pharma, retail store pharmacies.

· Responsible to pursue Clinical Establishments, Fire NOC, Consent & Authorizations as required under Pollution Control Board for the Diagnostic vertical.

· Co-ordination with operation team to launch new branches for retail and diagnostic verticals.

· Rental negotiations after analyzing sales potential, investments & ROI.

· Maintaining cordial relationship with Govt. Authorities for ensuring timely progression of approvals.

· Experience in Licensing & Allied works.

· Handling all Intellectual Property Rights related matters and cases with the Attorneys.

· Contract Reviewing, Draft reviewing.

· Advisory to the management for the recovery of the unrecovered debts from the parties and risk mitigation.

· Handling all property related matters

· Licensing and statutory compliance

Skills

· Minimum 2-7years of experience in the relevant profile.

· Good relationship in between organizations and Govt.

· Strong presentation and maintaining strong administration relations to maintain compliance for business prospective.

· In depth knowledge of regulatory affairs and public policies.

· Flexible on moving between roles and being able to learn fast.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
