Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Onboarding & Registration Specialist who has hands-on experience registering and activating seller accounts across Amazon USA, UK, Europe and other international marketplaces.The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage the complete marketplace registration, compliance, verification and account activation process for our companies and brands across multiple countries.This is not primarily a product listing or marketplace sales role. We specifically need someone who understands international seller registrations, documentation requirements, KYC, tax requirements, marketplace compliance and account activation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon International Marketplace Registration

• Handle seller account registration and onboarding for International Marketplace Registration
• Manage Marketplace Seller Central registration from start to final account activation.
• Handle business verification, identity verification and beneficial owner/director verification.
• Coordinate video verification or additional verification requested by them.
• Resolve registration-related suspensions, rejected documents and verification issues.

2. Other Marketplace RegistrationsManage registrations and onboarding for marketplaces such as:

• eBay
• Walmart Marketplace
• Etsy
• OnBuy
• Kaufland
• Cdiscount
• Bol.com
• Fnac
• Allegro
• ManoMano
• Other relevant marketplaces in the USA, UK and Europe

Research and recommend additional marketplaces suitable for the company's product categories.3. Documentation & ComplianceUnderstand and coordinate documentation including:

• Company registration documents
• Trade / business licenses
• Articles of Association / incorporation documents
• Shareholder information
• Director information
• Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) details
• Passport / ID verification
• Address verification
• Bank statements
• Business bank account verification
• Proof of business address
• Brand authorization documents
• Trademark / Brand Registry documents
• Product compliance documents

Maintain a proper checklist of requirements for every marketplace and country.4. Tax & International Marketplace RequirementsCoordinate marketplace requirements related to:

• USA seller requirements
• UK VAT
• EU VAT
• VAT registrations
• EORI
• OSS / IOSS where applicable
• Marketplace facilitator requirements
• W-8BEN-E / W-9 related requirements where applicable
• Tax identification requirements
• European Responsible Person requirements where applicable
• Product compliance and regulatory documentation

The candidate does not need to be a tax consultant but should have practical experience coordinating these requirements with accountants, consultants and marketplace teams.5. Marketplace Account ActivationTake ownership of the complete process:Registration → Documentation → Verification → Compliance → Marketplace Approval → Account ActivationFollow up directly with marketplace support teams whenever registrations are delayed or rejected.Maintain clear status tracking such as:

• Registration Started
• Documents Required
• Documents Submitted
• Verification Pending
• Additional Information Required
• Tax Registration Pending
• Marketplace Review
• Approved
• Account Live

6. Banking & Payment SetupCoordinate marketplace payment and settlement setup including:

• International business bank accounts
• Marketplace payout accounts
• Currency settlement requirements
• Payoneer / WorldFirst or similar services where required
• Verification of bank ownership and beneficiary information

7. Brand & Product Category ApprovalsSupport registration and approvals for:

• Amazon Brand Registry
• Trademark-linked brand registrations
• Restricted category approvals
• Brand authorization
• Product compliance approvals
• Marketplace-specific category requirements

Experience with categories such as electronics, IT products, jewellery, precious metals, fashion or accessories will be an advantage.8. Marketplace Registration TrackerMaintain a central tracker covering:MarketplaceCountryCompanyRegistration StatusDocuments PendingTax/VAT StatusVerification StatusAccount LiveRemarksProvide weekly updates on all marketplace registrations and highlight any blockers requiring management action.Required Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on marketplace experience
• Proven experience registering Amazon Seller Central accounts internationally
• Experience with Amazon USA and Amazon UK is mandatory
• Experience with Amazon European marketplaces is strongly preferred
• Experience registering sellers on eBay, Walmart or European marketplaces will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of international marketplace KYC and verification
• Knowledge of VAT/EORI and cross-border marketplace requirements
• Experience handling rejected documents and marketplace verification issues
• Experience communicating with Amazon Seller Support and marketplace onboarding teams
