Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing domestic and international customer accounts.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle customer enquiries, quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate confidently with overseas and domestic customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales updates, and account status reports.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment follow-ups and outstanding collections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Export Coordination, or B2B Sales Support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confident in interacting with overseas customers.
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be an added advantage.
