• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate the complete recruitment and onboarding process.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining.
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams for manpower requirements.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
