Job Summary

Glalet Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and self-motivated Medical Representatives to join our growing sales team across various locations in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and an established network of doctors and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
• Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
• Increase product awareness through scientific product detailing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and stockists.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm., D.Pharm., or equivalent preferred).
• Candidates must have prior experience as a Medical Representative in the same location for which the vacancy is available.
• Applicants should have a strong network of local doctors, chemists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and field operations.
• Must be target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
