Investor Relations & Fundraising Specialist

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: USA Time Zone (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations & Fundraising Specialist to support investor communications, fundraising initiatives, and strategic financial activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, valuation, M&A, or related fields and possess strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills with US.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication and relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Support fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, fundraising materials, and periodic investor reports.
• Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence requests, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain and update investor databases, CRM systems, and fundraising trackers.
• Assist in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment research.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to gather financial, operational, and strategic information.
• Monitor fundraising progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support transaction execution activities, including due diligence and data room management when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, M&A, Valuation, Venture Capital, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of fundraising processes, capital raising, and financial concepts.
• Experience in financial modeling, business valuation, due diligence, and transaction support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with startups, venture capital firms, private equity firms, or investment organizations.
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies, investor engagement, and capital markets.
• Familiarity with CRM and investor management platforms.
• CFA, CA, MBA (Finance), or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
