Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IoT, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or any relevant engineering discipline.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and innovative IoT Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. The candidate will work on connected devices, embedded systems, sensors, communication protocols, and cloud-based platforms to support smart mobility and technology-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IoT-based solutions and applications.
• Work with microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and communication modules.
• Develop and test embedded firmware and device connectivity solutions.
• Integrate IoT devices with cloud platforms and mobile/web applications.
• Monitor device performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Support data collection, device management, and remote monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and product development teams.
• Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of IoT systems.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and performance standards.
• Assist in prototype development and deployment of IoT products.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of IoT architecture and connected devices.
• Understanding of microcontrollers such as ESP32, Arduino, STM32, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with communication protocols like MQTT, TCP/IP, HTTP, BLE, Wi-Fi, CAN, LoRa, or GSM.
• Knowledge of Embedded C, C++, Python, or related programming languages.
• Understanding of sensors, actuators, and hardware interfacing.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and data management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IoT projects, internships, or academic projects.
• Knowledge of PCB basics and electronics troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Linux-based systems and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with IoT dashboards, APIs, and database integration.

• Device connectivity and system uptime performance.
• Successful testing and deployment of IoT solutions.
• Resolution of hardware and software issues within defined timelines.

Engineering Manager / Head – R&D

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
