We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Italian Pizza Café & Wine Bar. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service experience, and a good understanding of café and wine service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily café and restaurant operations
  • Ensure high standards of service, quality, and hygiene
  • Manage and train front-of-house staff
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Support inventory control, ordering, and stock management
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and improving guest experience
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in café/restaurant management
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine service preferred
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
