Hiring: Japanese Language Specialist / Interpreter Looking to leverage your Japanese language skills in a dynamic global operations team? We are hiring an experienced Japanese Language Specialist to facilitate real-time communication between internal teams and Japanese business stakeholders. Job Highlights * Salary: Up to 8.0 LPA (based on experience & interview performance) * Location: Work From Home (Full WFH anywhere in India) * Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts Key Responsibilities * Deliver real-time spoken translation/interpretation (Japanese ↔ English/Hindi) during calls and client interactions. * Manage incoming client communications, support tickets, and operational queries. * Maintain professional documentation in both Japanese and English. * Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly. Candidate Requirements * Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 Certification or equivalent spoken Japanese fluency (Mandatory). * Education: Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory). * Setup: Must have a personal Laptop/PC and stable high-speed Wi-Fi. * Skills: Excellent oral and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English. * Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shift environments.
