We are hiring for_ Customer Service ( Japanese Language Expert)_

Location: Bangalore( Hybrid)
Shift: Rotational Shift ( 5 working days and 2 week off)

The role of Customer Support Associate (CSA), will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer service queries
  • Moderating online Community Fora
  • Providing friendly and efficient service (via email, live chat, socialmedia, etc.) to Game players to make sure they have a seamless,no-hassle player experience
  • Independently working through a queue of tasks with an eye for
  • process improvements
  • Answering customer queries about product, gameplay & updates
  • Answering questions regarding issues
  • Escalate product related issues to internal teams & close loop
  • Going the extra mile to engage with customers by solving their issues
  • and ensuring satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post secondary degree is a plus
  • N2 level Japanese proficiency or close to Native
  • Strong grasp of business-level Japanese
  • Should be able to handle polite forms (keigo) appropriately
  • Reads and responds to tickets/chats with accuracy
  • Understands nuance, empathy, and phrasing required for CSAT-

driven environments

  • Should communicate with native clients/partners if needed
  • The support involves interpreting, negotiations,developer/technical escalations
  • Written content review or creation is required (FAQs, macros, help center)
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service or related field
  • Copy writing skills
  • Interpretations skills
  • Forum Experience or Community Management Experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
