Job Title: Java Developer (Fresher to 3 Years)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Experience: 0–3 Years
Work Location: In Person

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Java Developer to join our development team. This position is open for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who have a basic understanding of Java technologies and are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Core Java
  • Work with Advanced Java concepts (JDBC, Servlets, JSP basics)
  • Build and maintain backend applications using Spring Boot
  • Use Hibernate / JPA for database operations
  • Work with databases like MySQL
  • Write clean and efficient code
  • Fix bugs and improve application performance
  • Work closely with senior developers and team members

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Core Java
  • Understanding of OOP concepts
  • Basic knowledge of Spring Boot
  • Basic understanding of Hibernate / JPA
  • Knowledge of MySQL Database
  • Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Internship or academic project in Java
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs
