We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SQL Developer / Software Developer to join our Software Development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database development, stored procedures, and SQL scripting. Exposure to React.js and front-end development will be considered an added advantage.

The role involves working closely with developers, QA, and implementation teams to build, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications while ensuring database performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Design, create, modify, and maintain Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers.
  • Write complex SQL queries, joins, CTEs, and scripts to support application functionality.
  • Prepare and execute deployment scripts for new features, bug fixes, and production releases.
  • Perform data migration, data validation, and data synchronization activities across environments.
  • Design and maintain database schemas, tables, relationships, indexes, and constraints.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate database solutions with web applications.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing application features based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in development, testing, and production environments.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security by following database best practices.
  • Create reusable SQL scripts and utilities to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Review and optimize existing database objects for maintainability and performance.
  • Document database changes, deployment procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Work with version control systems to manage database scripts and application code.
  • Coordinate with QA teams during testing and support defect resolution.
  • Support release management activities and post-deployment verification.
  • Stay updated with emerging database technologies, development practices, and industry standards.

Required Skills

  • 3 months to 2 years of experience in SQL Development or Database Development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, and Complex SQL Queries.
  • Knowledge of database design, normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Experience in writing deployment, update, and migration scripts.
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
  • Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with React.js will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
