1. Sales and Revenue Management

• Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual showroom targets.

2. Team Leadership and Management

• Staff Training: Educate staff on product knowledge (karatage, gemstone quality, pricing) and advanced selling techniques.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily attendance, grooming, and individual employee performance through regular evaluations.

3. Customer Service

• Client Relations: Nurture strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and VIP client retention.

4. Inventory and Asset Management

• Stock Audits: Conduct regular, meticulous inventory audits to prevent shrinkage, pilferage, and internal losses.
• Security & Display: Ensure the secure handling, opening, and closing of precious metals and stone inventories.

5. Operations and Compliance
