Job Description – Customer Sales Executive (Jewellery Sales)

Position: Customer Sales Executive
Locations: Kota & Jodhpur
CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Explain product features, designs, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain store presentation and product displays.
• Support billing, inventory management, and store operations as required.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Sales, Jewellery Sales, Fashion Retail, Apparel, Luxury Retail, or Customer Service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
