We are a well-established, family-run group of four jewellery and diamond brands based in Surat: Chahna Jewels, Surati Jewellery Factory, Silverique, and Prestige Corporate Gifts. Together, we work across fine jewellery, diamond manufacturing, silver jewellery, and corporate gifting.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team remotely, handling both outbound and inbound calling for our brands. This is a work from home position, so you can work from anywhere in India, though candidates based in or near Surat are a strong plus.

What You Will Be Doing

- Making outbound calls to prospective and existing buyers, following up on enquiries, sharing information about our products and collections, and setting up appointments or store visits

- Handling inbound calls, answering customer questions about our products and orders, and providing support

- Staying in constant contact with other departments to coordinate on customer queries, orders, and follow-ups

- Actively logging and updating customer interactions in our CRM

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on telecalling experience

- Prior telecalling experience specifically within a diamond, gold, or jewellery business, including silver jewellery, is mandatory (minimum 1 year)

- Residing in Surat is a strong plus, but not required; open to candidates across India who are comfortable working remotely

- A reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection are required

- English is preferred but not mandatory

- Confident, clear, and professional phone communication

Compensation

Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, based on experience and resume

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
