Sales and Team Leadership
- Set and track daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals for the team.
- Train staff on product details like gold purity, diamond grades, and gemstone quality.
- Guide workers on high-value closing techniques and customer service standards. [1, 2, 3]
Customer Relations and Operations
- Build trust and long-term relationships with luxury or high-net-worth clients.
- Handle special customer requests, high-value negotiations, and complaints.
- Oversee store security, daily cash registers, billing, and safe-to-floor stock movements. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Inventory and Strategy
- Monitor stock levels, handle product replenishment, and conduct routine inventory audits.
- Track market trends, gold rates, and competitor pricing to adjust local store strategies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and proper display layouts. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
