Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of showroom presentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and payment options.
• Recommend suitable gold, diamond, platinum, and precious stone jewellery.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist with billing, documentation, and after-sales service.
• Ensure attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
• Follow company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, festive events, and inventory activities.
• Coordinate with team members to provide a seamless shopping experience.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in jewellery or retail sales is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Tamil is essential; English knowledge is preferred. Malayalam is an added advantage in the Marthandam region.
