Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery collections, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Assist customers with product selection, billing, and after-sales support.
• Ensure attractive product displays and maintain showroom presentation standards.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
