Qualification ;Degree/Diploma in Jewellery Design or a related field is preferred.
Experience :3 to 5 years of proven experience in manual jewellery design.
Salary ;40k to 50k per month(Negotiable for the right candidate)
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Manual Designer with 2–5 years of experience to join our design team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hand-drawn jewellery concepts and a deep understanding of
traditional and contemporary jewellery aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed hand-drawn designs for various types of jewellery including rings, necklaces, bangles, earrings, and bridal sets.
Visualize and translate design briefs into innovative manual sketches.
Collaborate closely with CAD designers, karigars (craftsmen), and the production team to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
Stay updated with market trends and incorporate new ideas into the design process.
Ensure all designs meet company standards and customer expectations.
Maintain a design archive with proper documentation and references.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong freehand sketching ability and attention to intricate details.
Sound knowledge of gemstones, jewellery components, and manufacturing processes.
Creativity and innovation in traditional as well as contemporary designs.
Ability to handle multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
