Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store and warehouse operations, manage inventory, ensure proper material handling, and maintain accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inward and outward material movement
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and stock records
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
  • Maintain ERP/store documentation and reports
  • Conduct regular stock verification and audits
  • Supervise store staff and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
  • Reduce inventory losses and improve store efficiency

Required Skills:

  • Inventory and warehouse management
  • Knowledge of ERP/software systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Leadership and team management
  • Problem-solving and reporting skills

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Diploma in relevant field
  • Experience in store or warehouse management preferred

Experience:

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience preferred
