Assistant Manager – Finance

Job Summary

Hayat Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive – HR to strengthen its HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PF, ESIC, Record Keeping, Employee File Management

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining compliance standards, monitoring staff attendance, and supporting management with accurate attendance and absenteeism data for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations of the hospital
• Ensure timely preparation of reports for payroll.
• Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding processes including document collection and background verification.
• Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires.
• Ensure a smooth transition into the company by helping new employees understand company policies and culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, performance).
• Draft letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment contracts.
• Manage HR documents and ensure timely updates in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA/BBA required.
• Hospital Background preferred.
• At least 4-5 years of experience required.

Skills Required

• Expertise in PF, ESIC and statutory compliance
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple financial activities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in hospital finance operations and healthcare billing systems
• Ability to handle audits and compliance independently
• Strong understanding of budgeting and cost optimization
• Professional, organized, and process-driven approach

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
