Role Overview

We are hiring 1 Trainee Photographer and 1 Trainee Videographer.

You will start with a structured, paid training period working directly alongside our senior crew on live shoots, gear handling, and post-production workflows. Following the training period, candidates demonstrating strong professionalism, team spirit, and learning aptitude will be transitioned into a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary and performance perks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior cinematographers and photographers during live weddings, client events, and in-house productions.

Handle, clean, and organize professional camera gear, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.

Interact respectfully and professionally with clients, couples, and guests on-site.

Actively collaborate with the crew, support team logistics, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Learn and implement the team's visual style, shooting standards, and file management protocols.

Candidate Profile (Who Should Apply?)

Freshers Welcome: Basic knowledge of camera operations or formal training is a bonus, but genuine passion and eagerness to learn matter most.

Communication: Conversational proficiency in English and clear Hindi to coordinate smoothly with clients and guests.

Grooming & Presence: Well-mannered, disciplined, punctual, and maintains a sharp, presentable dressing sense suitable for premium events.

Work Ethic: Attentive, highly responsive, open to feedback, and committed to teamwork.

Mobility: Willingness to travel with the team for destination weddings and multi-day shoots.
