Hiring: Business Head – Franchise Operations

About Sriyam Alliance

Sriyam Alliance is the Master Franchise of Kalyan Jewellers, responsible for opening new franchisees and managing franchise operations, partner relationships, compliance, and business coordination across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners.
• Resolve franchise queries related to accounts, reports, documentation, operations, and payments.
• Coordinate with the Kalyan Jewellers corporate team to ensure timely resolution of franchise partner issues.
• Handle outstanding payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and account-related matters.
• Oversee franchise onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare MIS, operational reports, and management dashboards.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure high service standards.

Preferred Candidate

• CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance/Operations) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts, operations, reporting, and partner management.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in franchise management, retail operations, financial services, banking, or distribution networks preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
