Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Agent Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered agents and intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of LLMs, AI workflows, and automation, along with experience working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using modern AI frameworks and tools
• Build intelligent workflows leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Optimize AI agents for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to deliver AI-driven features
• Participate in client meetings (including international clients) to understand requirements and provide updates
• Monitor, debug, and improve AI agent behavior and responses
• Be open to working in shifts based on client or project requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience as an AI Agent Developer or AI Engineer
• Strong experience with Python and AI/ML development
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
• Experience integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and external tools
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git and agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational Background in:
• BCA / MCA
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science
• B.Sc in Information Technology (IT)
• Experience working with international clients
• Exposure to RAG pipelines, embeddings, and AI automation
• Willingness to relocate to Surat
• Open to working in shifts based on client/project needs
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies
