Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Chef experienced in vegetarian and healthy cooking to join our wellness team. The selected candidate must be willing to relocate and stay at our ashram in Walayar.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare healthy vegetarian meals daily as per the centre’s dietary guidelines
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen
Plan and manage menu variations based on seasonal ingredients
Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals
Work with the naturopathy doctor/nutritionist for therapeutic diets
Manage kitchen inventory and procure fresh ingredients
Supervise kitchen helpers (if applicable)

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a cook/chef (experience in vegetarian or health-focused kitchens preferred)
Knowledge of cooking and naturopathy-friendly recipes
Ability to prepare a variety of Indian vegetarian dishes
Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and time management
Willingness to relocate and stay at the ashram (accommodation and meals provided)
Passion for working in a spiritual wellness environment
