Job Summary:

The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team, ensuring daily operational targets are achieved, and maintaining productivity, quality, and discipline. The role involves supervising team members, coordinating tasks, and reporting performance to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the team.
• Ensure team members meet productivity and quality targets.
• Allocate tasks and monitor work progress.
• Train and guide new employees.
• Maintain attendance, discipline, and team performance.
• Resolve operational issues and support team members.
• Prepare daily reports and update management.
• Ensure safety policies and company procedures are followed.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / reporting).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
