Job Title: General Manager – Fruit Trading & Branch Operations

Locations : Kochi & Pala

Role Summary

The General Manager will lead branch business development, oversee operational efficiency, and drive sales growth across all branches. This role requires strong leadership, training capability, and hands-on monitoring of branch performance in sales, inventory, and process control.

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Business Development ( Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales and market presence, Identify growth opportunities and ensure consistent customer engagement)
• Manager Training & Performance Monitoring ( Train branch managers on sales techniques, ERP usage, and operational best practices, Monitor branch performance through KPIs and dashboards,Conduct regular reviews and provide corrective guidance)
• Operational Control (Ensure effective inventory management to reduce wastage and stock discrepancies,Oversee tray management and logistics for smooth branch operations,Implement standardized processes across all branches.)
• Financial & Compliance Oversight (Monitor branch-level cash handling and bank transactions through ERP, Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements)
• Leadership & Reporting (Lead and motivate branch managers and staff to achieve targets, Provide consolidated reports to senior management on sales, wastage, and profitability)

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail/trading operations, preferably FMCG or fresh produce.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
