Head – Corporate Relations & Industry Connect

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven leader to head our Corporate Relations & Industry Connect function and strengthen long-term partnerships with industry and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute FIIB's corporate relations and industry engagement strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, corporate leaders, alumni, founders, and industry partners.
• Drive campus placements, internships, and employer engagement initiatives.
• Identify emerging hiring trends and align industry requirements with academic programs.
• Facilitate live projects, internships, masterclasses, mentoring programs, consulting assignments, competitions, and experiential learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with academic, admissions, marketing, alumni, and student development teams to enhance employer partnerships and student career outcomes.
• Represent FIIB at corporate events, networking forums, and industry platforms.
• Develop structured recruiter databases, relationship management systems, and performance dashboards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Corporate Relations team while driving accountability and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Campus Placements, Employer Relations, or Industry Partnerships.
• Experience in Higher Education, EdTech, or Business Schools is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and lead high-performing teams.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
