Full job description

We are hiring a QA Engineer with experience in Workday testing to support HR and payroll-related applications. The candidate will be responsible for testing Workday modules, validating integrations, identifying defects, and ensuring system quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
  • Perform functional and regression testing for Workday modules including:
  • Core HCM
  • Compensation
  • Benefits
  • Absence Management
  • Test integrations such as EIBs, payroll/vendor interfaces, and Workday connectors.
  • Support automation testing using Selenium, UiPath, Leapwork, or similar tools.
  • Validate data accuracy, business processes, calculated fields, and security roles.
  • Track and manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and business teams during testing and releases.
  • Support testing for annual HR events such as compensation reviews and Open Enrollment.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of QA/testing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM testing.
  • Good understanding of Workday business processes and reporting.
  • Experience with manual and automation testing.
  • Familiarity with SQL/data validation and defect tracking tools.
  • Experience using Selenium, UiPath, Leapwork, or related automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related field.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
