TEACH was established in 2016 as a non-profit organization. Our vision is to build an equitable ecosystem for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing students. Our mission is to facilitate higher education for them that helps them lead their lives independently and successfully, and assisting them in their personal, professional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for BCOM courses, aligned with the IGNOU university.

2. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to promote active participation and critical thinking.

3. Deliver quality instruction that effectively communicates complex economic concepts.

4. Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback to support growth and achievement.

5. Develop a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.

6. Integrate technology and real-world examples into lessons.

7. Stay current with developments in the field of commerce and educational best practices.

8. Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance and other relevant data.

9. Generate and analyze reports to assess the effectiveness of academic programs.

Academic Qualification: Masters in Commerce

Experience: 0-1 year of teaching experience
