About the Role

Sarthvi Group is seeking a Legal Intern / Legal Representative Intern to support legal coordination and documentation related to real estate development projects. The intern will work closely with landowners, legal advisors, and partner law firms to assist with agreements, documentation, and legal research relevant to land and development transactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate between landowners, landowner lawyers, society lawyers, and the company’s partner law firm.

· Assist in communication and coordination related to land and development agreements.

· Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts.

· Support the preparation and completion of land and development agreements.

· Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and policies relevant to real estate and land transactions.

· Assist with cite-checking and verification of legal references in documentation.

· Review legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

· Work under the guidance of senior team members and coordinate with external legal advisors.

Requirements

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or BA LLB.

· Strong interest in property law, contracts, and real estate transactions.

· Basic understanding of legal drafting and contract structures.

· Strong research and analytical skills.

· Excellent written and spoken communication and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a professional and collaborative environment
