Job Title: Legal Associate

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

• Conduct title due diligence, verify property documents, and assist in land acquisition-related legal matters.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, MOUs, Joint Venture Agreements, Power of Attorney (POA), and other contracts.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, local municipal laws, statutory regulations, and other applicable legal requirements.
• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and external advocates for registrations, approvals, legal opinions, and ongoing legal matters.
• Handle legal notices, assist in litigation matters, maintain case records, and coordinate with external counsel for court proceedings.
• Review contracts and identify legal risks while providing practical legal support to internal departments including Sales, CRM, Finance, and Operations.
• Maintain legal documentation, compliance records, and ensure timely execution of legal processes.
• Conduct legal research and provide timely legal advice on property, contractual, and corporate matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Law, or Corporate Legal Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of property documentation, title verification, contract drafting, RERA, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
