Key Responsibilities:

- Property Acquisitions: Coordinate title searches, verify revenue records (7/12, mutation entries), and manage registration procedures.
- Drafting & Vetting: Prepare legal notices, MoUs, Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, and Lease Agreements.
- Litigation Management: Track pending property disputes, Consumer/RERA cases, and arbitrations; brief external advocacy panels and law firms.
- Law Firm Coordination: Work alongside external counsel to ensure seamless due diligence, clear marketable titles, and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

- LL.B / LL.M with strong expertise in real estate, local land revenue laws, and transaction execution.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
