Full job description
1. Boys & Girls Hostel Supervision in coordination with Hostel Warden.
2. Discipline among students of the hostels. Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students.
3. Communication with Parents and Students when required in coordination with the Hostel Wardens.
4. Checking the Housekeeping work of Hostel Washroom hygiene & sanitation.
5. Responsible for addressing medical/social and personal emergencies of all students.
6. Communicate to the higher management in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.
7. Calling for self-study to students. Controlling and Monitoring Self Study of the Students after School Hours.
8. Responsible for Safety, punctuality, taking care of students, communication with parents, and hostel management.
9. Taking Meeting & work activity of the Wardens.
10. Counseling the students weekly once, Exam Invigilation Duty & Study Hour Supervision.
11. Attendance of the Hostel Boarders on regular basis maintaining.
12. In Canteen Management of students by checking quality & distribution of the food in coordination with Canteen Supervisor.
13. Supervision of students calling to Parents on daily basis.
14. To ensure housekeeping and cleaning of the premises.
15. Room Allotment to the Newly Inducted students.
16. Discipline Format Maintained, Behavioral Issues & Damage Breakage any material Maintained.
17. Assist all students of School whenever required. Day to Day Activities.
18. Maintenance of Registers like Hostel Attendance, Phone Calling, Washex, Food, Maintenance, Hostel Asset & Self Study Monitoring Register.
19. Ensure effective implementation of instructions issued through teamwork & transparent communication.
20. Grievance handling & redressal of the student's issues related to student's false allegation by students, misbehavior, disturbance etc of the hostel.
21. Entering & leaving classrooms of the students. Checking students related to Scribbling on desks, switching of the lights while not available in hostels, checks the students in school uniforms while dispatching from hostel to attend classes.
22. Maintaining the records of late arrivals of students to classrooms from hostel & also track student availability in holidays, off days, vacations etc.
23. Frequency of information inflow daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly.
24. Managing the AITS exams as conducted on Sunday.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
