Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end Excise documentation and compliance related to liquor operations.

Maintain and update Excise registers, records, permits, passes, and statutory documents.

Coordinate with the Excise Department and concerned authorities for required approvals, permissions, documentation, and compliance matters.

Ensure compliance with applicable Excise rules, regulations, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Monitor and maintain proper records of inward and outward movement of liquor, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Reconcile physical stock with system records and Excise records and immediately report discrepancies.

Handle commercial documentation including purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents, challans, permits, and related records.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transporters, warehouse, production, accounts, and internal teams.

Monitor material receipts and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Maintain MIS, Excel reports, stock statements, registers, and commercial records.

Track pending documentation, approvals, permits, and vendor-related issues and ensure timely closure.

Coordinate regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, discrepancies, payments, and material movement.

Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all commercial and excise-related transactions.

Support stock reconciliation, reporting, audit requirements, and statutory inspections.

Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all pending commercial and Excise-related activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
