Role Overview
Responsible for driving residential property sales, managing clients through the sales cycle, and achieving assigned revenue and booking targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Manage leads, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and performance reports on SFDC/CRM.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Operations for smooth sales execution.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Graduate/MBA preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
