Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Blinkit delivery partners (riders).
• Resolve rider queries related to:
• Order assignment and delivery status
• Payment and incentive-related issues
• App login and technical problems
• Address and navigation issues
• Order cancellation and return-related concerns
• Delivery partner account-related queries
• Emergency/SOS and delivery-related issues
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to riders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of rider interactions and complaints.
• Follow defined processes, SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Achieve assigned productivity, quality and customer-service targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
