Support production planning, scheduling, and dispatch operations for ACs and components to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods while maintaining accurate inventory, build-plan adherence, and compliant documentation. The role bridges the shop floor, stores, and logistics to keep production aligned with demand and dispatch SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Control

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for HVAC lines based on sales orders, demand forecast, and line capacity.
• Track build-plan vs. actual output, monitor line balancing, and escalate deviations or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure availability of compressors, coils, sheet metal, PCBs, and bought-out components against the plan.
• Maintain PPC trackers, production dashboards, and shift-wise output reports.

Dispatch & Logistics

• Plan and execute daily dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedules, dealer/CSD priorities, and dispatch SLAs.
• Generate invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and gate passes in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading sequence, and timely truck turnaround.
• Verify FG availability, packing, and labeling accuracy before dispatch; ensure correct model/SKU mapping.

Inventory & Reporting

• Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished-goods inventory levels and flag shortages or excess.
• Support cycle counts, physical stock verification, and reconciliation of system vs. physical stock.
• Prepare dispatch reports, order pendency reports, ageing analysis, and MIS for management review.
