We’re Hiring: Customer Support Intern (SaaS Customer Success & Support)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Intern to join our remote team. If you love solving problems, building relationships, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we want you!

Role Overview

  • Position: Customer Support Intern
  • Location: Remote
  • Type: Full-Time (Internship)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off!)

What You’ll Do (Main Responsibilities)

  • Customer Care: Respond to user queries via email, chat, phone, and support tickets.
  • Product Guidance: Assist with customer onboarding, conduct product walkthroughs, and deliver basic demonstrations.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve customer issues, coordinating with technical teams when needed.
  • Documentation: Create and update help articles, FAQs, and support guides.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and feature requests to help our product and development teams improve the user experience.
  • What We Are Looking For (Foundational Level)
  • The Essentials: Strong verbal/written professional communication and active listening skills.
  • Tech Comfort: Basic understanding of SaaS products, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and a willingness to learn CRM & ticketing systems.
  • Mindset: A customer-first attitude, great time management, and a knack for troubleshooting.
  • Bonus Points For: Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, helpdesk software, and AI productivity tools.
