Job Description – R&D Research Associate (CLIA)

Position: R&D Research Associate – CLIA

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive for CLIA

(Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) product development. The candidate will be

involved in assay development, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting of CLIA-

based diagnostic products.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and optimize CLIA assays, reagents, calibrators, and controls.

 Perform conjugation, coating, coupling, and buffer preparation activities.

 Conduct experiments for assay optimization, sensitivity, specificity, and

stability studies.

 Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports/documentation.

 Troubleshoot assay-related issues and improve product performance.

 Coordinate with QC and production teams for technology transfer and scale-

up activities.

 Maintain laboratory records, SOPs, and development documents.

 Ensure compliance with quality standards and laboratory safety practices.

 Support validation and verification activities for new products.

Required Skills:

 Hands-on experience in CLIA/ELISA assay development.

 Knowledge of immunoassay principles and chemiluminescence techniques.

 Experience in protein conjugation, antibody handling, and assay optimization

preferred.

 Good analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

 Familiarity with laboratory instruments and data analysis.

Qualification:

 B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life

Sciences, or related field.

Experience:

 2–3 years of experience in CLIA/IVD/Diagnostics R&D preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year
