Full job description
The Finance Executive will work closely under the guidance of the Finance Manager to manage the entire vehicle loan lifecycle for customers purchasing vehicles. This role acts as a critical link between the customer, Finance digital platform, dealership sales teams, and empanelled banking partners. The objective is to maximize dealership retail finance penetration and ensure rapid loan disbursement payouts to the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Manager in monitoring daily retail finance logs, approvals, and pending disbursements.
- Evaluate customer loan eligibility and suggest optimal finance schemes from partner banks/NBFCs (SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Mahindra Finance, etc.).
- Maintain daily MIS trackers for the Finance Manager, capturing total logins, approvals, disbursements, and non-performing profiles.
- Collect, verify, and complete all required KYC records, income proofs, and banking documents for file submission.
- Coordinate closely with bank executives to accelerate loan approvals and issue Delivery Orders (DO).
- Process the Pre-Registration pipeline under the Finance Manager's oversight, validating that margin funds match before vehicle delivery.
- Follow up daily with financial institutions for immediate fund disbursement post-delivery.
- Reconcile loan payout sheets against dealership accounts to ensure bank processing fees, subvention costs, and schemes match correctly.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA in Finance / Marketing).
- Mandatory Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in an automobile dealership environment. Candidates without prior automotive industry or car dealership finance experience will not be considered.
- Technical Skills: Sound working knowledge of MS Excel (trackers and lists) and exposure to standard automotive e-Finance systems.
Competencies & Soft Skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage multiple bank partners.
- Clear understanding of dealership retail cycles, margin money, and banking payouts.
- Ability to work effectively under the supervision of the Finance Manager to meet strict month-end sales closing deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
