A school coordinator acts as the vital link between administrators, teachers, students, and parents. They oversee educational programs, manage daily operations, ensure curriculum standards are met, and handle administrative tasks to create a safe, supportive, and efficient learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum & Instruction: Monitor the execution of educational policies, assist in curriculum planning, and evaluate teaching methods.Staff Leadership: Mentor and evaluate teachers, facilitate professional development workshops, and organize staff meetings.Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate school schedules, manage logistical resources, and oversee daily activities.Stakeholder Relations: Communicate regularly with parents, address their concerns, and collaborate with school boards or management.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the school follows state and educational board regulations while maintaining accurate student and administrative records.Essential QualificationsEducation: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree (often in Education, Administration, or a related field); advanced degrees are highly preferred.Experience: 3+ years in an educational or supervisory setting, with deep familiarity with relevant educational standards (e.g., CBSE, state, or international curriculums).Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹98,000.00 per month
