Job Title: Inventory Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, planning, control, and reconciliation activities. The candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with proven experience in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, analysis, and warehouse inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse operations.
- Possess excellent working knowledge of SAP and strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Plan, execute, and monitor all inventory activities, including:
- Inventory Planning
- Cycle Count Management
- Wall-to-Wall (WTW) Inventory Audits
- Empty Bin Audits
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Conduct FSN (Fast, Slow, Non-moving) Analysis and provide recommendations for inventory optimization.
- Perform inventory consolidation and reconciliation activities to ensure system and physical stock accuracy.
- Analyze inventory variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present inventory reports, dashboards, and MIS reports to management.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth inventory processes.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, audit requirements, and inventory control standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and hands-on experience with WMS.
- Strong expertise in inventory planning, cycle counts, WTW audits, and empty bin audits.
- Experience in FSN analysis, inventory consolidation, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.
- Good communication and team management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations will be an added advantage.
