REQUIREMENTS:

 4 to 8 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast-paced quick commerce experience and last mile ecommerce business is a must.

 Willingness to deal with a blue-collar, delivery workforce every day

 Advanced MS Excel skills a must - formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots etc.

 Strong communication skills in English and the local language.

 Willingness to travel between different sites and cities.

 A good understanding of the city geography and its layout will be a big plus

 Prior experience in quick commerce last mile operations role will be a big plus

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
