Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of PCB machines: Drilling, Etching, Plating, Press, Routing, Printing & Ovens
  • Personally handle critical electrical & mechanical troubleshooting
  • Maintain machine uptime with quick response during breakdowns
  • Manage utilities: compressors, DG set, UPS, RO/ETP (basic)
  • Prepare and maintain simple maintenance records & PM checklists
  • Monitor and control maintenance expenses & spares
  • Coordinate with production & quality for smooth daily operations
  • Manage technicians, shifts, and vendor support
  • Ensure safety, 5S, and statutory compliance
  • Support new machine installation & commissioning
  • Handle basic audit requirements (ISO / customer visits)

Exp.: 8-12 Years
