Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional makeup services to clients as per brand standards.
  • Handle bridal, party, fashion, and occasion makeup requirements.
  • Manage daily salon/store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate with team members for client appointments and services.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Guide and support junior staff in grooming and service delivery.
  • Achieve sales and service targets assigned by management.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of makeup products and tools.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
  • Maintain stock of makeup products and coordinate inventory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in professional makeup artistry and salon operations.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of makeup trends, products, and techniques.
