Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years in Hotels/Clubs/Resorts

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification: 12th / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Check-in & Check-out Handle arrivals, departures, room allocation, billing, and guest queries professionally Reservations & Bookings Manage phone, email, and walk-in reservations for Rooms, Banquets, Restaurant, and Club memberships Guest Relations Welcome guests, provide information about club facilities - Restaurant, Spa, Gym, Pool, Sports, Events Billing,Handle cash, card, UPI payments and maintain accurate billing records Complaint Handling Address guest complaints and escalate to Manager / Duty Manager when required Coordination Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Security teams for smooth operations Reporting & Documentation Maintain guest registers, occupancy reports, and shift handover logs.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Male / Female having 1-3 years experience in Front Office in Hotels/Clubs/Resorts/Premium Hospitality Good communication skills in English + Kannada/Hindi preferred

Pleasing personality, grooming, and customer service orientation Knowledge of any Billing software is an advantage Ability to work in shifts , weekends, and holidays Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
