The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sr. Sales Executive who can translate our passion for music and learning into meaningful conversations with learners and parents. From engaging with leads across calls, chats, and social platforms to guiding them through the enrolment journey, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and building lasting relationships for Artium
What You’ll Do
● Initiate post demo calls with high intent leads
● Take feedback, monitor & initiate corrective actions if needed
● Explain the courses & offerings
● Complete feedback loop with Teaching Operations
● Follow up & Process Payment
What You Bring:
● Confidence - maintaining a positive attitude
● Resilience - communicating with conviction
● Active listening - understanding the customers' need
● Min 1-2 year of experience with Sales or dealing with Customers
● Languages – English (Mandatory)
