Full job description

Roles & Responsibilities :-

· Extensive experience in providing scientific support to commercial functions, medico-marketing activities, and managing KOL relationships

· Proven track record of developing and implementing medical strategies aligned with business objectives in the pharmaceutical industry

· Prior experience in managing medical affairs in key therapeutic areas such as Dermatology, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Opthalogy etc.

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to align medical insights with commercial objectives and contribute to overall business strategy.

· Scientific Expertise: In-depth understanding of the scientific and medical landscape in the pharmaceutical industry.

· Communication & Influencing Skills: Excellent ability to engage with KOLs, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

· Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks governing medical affairs activities.

· Project & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.

· Drive the scientific strategy for product positioning and support the Marketing and Brand Management teams with clinical data and evidence-based insights.

· Ensure the scientific accuracy, compliance, and relevance of marketing materials, brand communications, and promotional campaigns.

· Develop and maintain high-level relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and relevant stakeholders across assigned therapeutic areas.

· Oversee the planning and execution of KOL engagement initiatives, including advisory boards, roundtable discussions, and symposia, ensuring alignment with the medical strategy.

· Drive collaborations with KOLs for clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and publication efforts, establishing the company’s leadership in scientific and medical innovation.

· Lead the planning and execution of medico-marketing programs, such as CMEs, symposia, and webinars, to ensure that medical content aligns with business and ethical objectives.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines in all medico-marketing activities, working closely with regulatory and legal teams.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to drive the development of scientific communication strategies across multiple platforms, including digital media, publications, and educational content.

· Oversee the integration of clinical trial data into post-marketing medical strategies, ensuring that findings from clinical trials are utilized to support product promotion.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
